• Project planning for establishing a science and technology center in Masjed Soleyman.• Media business foresight: This project took motion picture platforms into account in order to address their future trends.

• Feasibility study and business planning of cinema museum of Abadan;I studied the historical, urban, cultural, and social grounds of the project. Based on those studies, I prepared 5 reports and a knowledge-base to help local stakeholders reach a consensus in these areas. Through this process I outlined an alternative direction for the project and analyzed different scenarios that could be taken towards it. Local participants’ ideas and similar practices around the world were also reviewed to make the scenarios clear. Financial, social and regional data gathered and analyzed and the result was put together in a feasibility analysis report that the top decision-makers used.The Cinema museum of Iran requested this study to transform a historical building into a museum.• Feasibility study of establishing a cinema museum in Shiraz.

• Analysis of the policies taken on the green spaces of Tehran;The overall policies were classified in a long period of 250 years (i.e. from mid sixteenth century, Safavid era). We obtained historical documents, maps and data and focused on analyzing them for a 100 year period. We developed a conceptual model and related analytical tools which produced 1) a review on the historical trends in main strategies from the legal and official documents, 2) a review on architectural forms that the Iranian gardens fitted in, and 3) an array of objective measures of green areas impact on city life. On the third section, we have done a thorough quantitative analysis on the 30 last years. Tehran Parks and Green Space Organization requested this report to review the long term performance review.• Developing a strategic analysis framework for improving cost efficiency of direct and indirect activities: We gathered and analyzed data and developed a framework that city council, municipality, and TGGSO could communicate and plan upon it.

• Designing rules, principles and guidelines for improving public participation and training in Tehran urban ‎management, concentrating on business owners and their neighbors;A participation process was designed and a road map was developed to improve the effectiveness of the process through time. Samandehi, the client of this project which is a dedicated organization of the municipality aiming to improve business and industrial activities in Tehran, needed a practical guideline. Therefore, I developed a toolbox including 336 participation and training tools that was planned to be used in different stages and in different areas of the city.

• Assessment of Bank Shahr’s seven year performance effectiveness on urban development;The client, Bank Shahr, had been established mainly to help financing the urban projects for seven years and experienced major growth in its activities, branches, and service initiatives. This bank needed to systematically study its previous performance on improving urban development activities. An assessment framework was developed based on “Quito Declaration on Sustainable Cities and Human Settlements for All” (Habitat III, 2016) and the records of the bank’s activities was studied based on that framework and related measures.

• Feasibility study and site planning of Khorasan oil museum. • Location analysis of Tehran museum.• Planning the establishment of Masjed Soleyman oil museum.

• Concept design of the 114 hands-on museum exhibits, interactions and audience experiences;Conceptual, organizational, and architectural aspects of the museum was planned in this project. The galleries, exhibits, and hands-on experiences were also designed upon comprehensive studies conducted on scientific, economic, and historical aspects of oil industry in Iran. A multi layer network structure was developed as a basis for the architectural concept. I used numerical methods to reach to the final plan. Booklets like industrial development history, complete oil and gas products trees, and many other materials were also developed to make a basis for future managers and curators of the museum. • Designing the guidelines for building and physical process of the museum;These guidelines were needed by the client to organize its resources to take further steps towards establishing this museum: managing the suppliers, designers, contractors, financial resources, and other stakeholders of the museum. • Feasibility studies and location planning for three other petroleum museums.By the end of the contracted work of this project, our client requested these studies for further branches of the central museum in other cities.
