Responsible for performing a variety of human resource support duties. Assists in maintainingthe human resource database and all employee records and files. Handles payroll processing andtracks and reports payroll information when needed. Completes assigned reporting functionsinvolving attendance statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, and other informationassigned. Provides recommendations regarding the development and administration of humanresource policies and programs. Assists in informing for new employees of human resourcepolicies and programs as needed and planning / giving orientation to all new hire.
