*Foreign procurement and Business Operation:• Full participation of completing foreign procurement to our client pharmaceuticals like Square, Beximco, Sk+f etc. Because of being the supplier of machinery I have to perform in all steps of procurement Doing the Procurement, Marketing with Pharmaceutical concern person. Giving presentation and discuss regarding pros and cons of the machine, Spare-parts.• Identify observing clients `s demand Characteristics. For example: their focus on any specific technical aspect or they are searching for user reference and their procurement procedure. • Receive and check Purchase requisition (PR) / URS from various Pharmaceutical companies• Submitting quotation, collecting drawing approval from clients, PI/Indent issuing as well as LC and shipping documents Completing deals with client via healthy technical & commercial negotiation• Maintaining communication not only with clients (Responsible engineers + commercials) but also with foreign Principals (manufacturers) in full swing.• Monitoring LC and shipment procedure with commercial department (with commercial of client). • First I submit draft copy of packing list, invoice certificate of origin copy then customer verified. After their approval in 7 days I share them soft copy of main packing list, invoice, and certificate of origin from chamber of commerce, Air way bill (Air shipment) or Bill of Lading (Sea Shipment)• Monitoring and to be present installation and commissioning.*Local Purchase of Electrical items for Projects:1. Check requisition and purchase records in the system before placing an order with the vendor. 2. Conduct sourcing activities as per the requirements generated by our department and make URS (User`s requirement specification) to send to the vendors.3. Collect quotations from at least from three vendors for required products and compare 4. Negotiate procurement terms & conditions with the vendors before placing order and issuing Purchase Order5. If Follow up with vendors till delivery of products (time line and production status and quality)* Designing Responsibility:in Autocad Preparing Electrical Fixture and Layout of Gentry Pharma Preparing drawing of LAF, Pass box and Dispensing Booth Single line diagram and circuit design Load Calculation of building/Factory Key Achievements:- I established new principal/manufacturer in the Pharma market who has no reference at all of shifter user in Bangladesh. - Personal Project: Electrical Fixture, Layout and SLD design for 2 mosques
