As a project manager, I always try to solve problems before they form. Although I also teach English which is more a hobby than a career, I consult many individuals for their business development and costumer services, project management, and more. I have taught English, ran businesses and so much more. Working is a hobby, if provided a good ecosystem in which people are in correct and healthy relations, positioned correctly and treated respectively. So, I have created multiple job opportunities for myself and people I work with (self employment and freelance).Although having a good academic degree is a necessity these days, I find it too shallow to decide who is more fit for a higher rank based on just a diploma. Really, who could do it better? A talented experienced professional or a diploma holder, which unfortunately causes companies lose lots and lots of interest, and makes no sense, does not create respectable relationships and honestly, makes you look really bad.Let’s talk if you like, there are a lot to talk about, but take this seriously: never judge anyone before you finish a project with them.
