As a Project Architect Leading Design team for Residential projects, both modular and non-modular. Manage all aspects of project execution from inception to completion. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive Project work plans, providing guidance and markups for junior staff, and navigating regulatory approvals such as LADBS and NTA. My role emphasizes strategic planning, efficient project management, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards and client expectations.

Part of Design team for International Commercial/Residential big scale projects focusing on early Conceptual / Schematic Phase. Work included: Planning building layout, BIM Management, Client presentation, consultant coordination, Master planning, Diagramming, Facade Articulation, Team management.

Part of both Design and Production Team depending on the phase of project. Project Typologies are majorly Mixed use Residential and Education. Experienced in working with LADBS and DSA backcheck corrections and getting RTIs on budget and time constrained projects. Lead the Project for 67th and Main (100% mixed used affordable housing development) and got approval from the City during a very complex post pandemic time. Currently working with LACCD on multiple projects. Being part of a small team, my role and responsibilities varies from making initial conceptual renderings and animations to responding to RFIs as a Construction Administrator. Work produced in Revit, CAD, Bluebeam, Sketchup, Enscape, Adobe Suite and Excel.

• Research program for Design Build Studio led by Prof. Charles A Lagreco. Research required learning from all the accredited schools with DBS and how it is instigated, by focusing on 4 main points: Project Typologies, Integration in curriculum, Facilities and Financial Support. The final report is submitted to School Dean with recommendations and proposal for Ideal Design Build integration at USC School of Architecture.• Work Included Research, Analysis, Interviews of facility management at USC, Documentation and report compilation.• Work Produced by using MS Word, InDesign and Illustrator.

• Handled a residential project from the mid construction/design phase to its execution, with very tight deadlines while ensuring the continuation and enhancement of services/design. • Work included Interior Schematic design, design alterations, Construction documents, material specification, meeting vendors. • Work produced by using Auto CAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup and VRay.

• Design proposal and initial Design Development of 740 Acres Pakistan’s 1st Green and ecofriendly housing society Top City 1, Islamabad (Urban Masterplan, Main Gate, Eco Hub Retail Center) by following LEED standards. Additionally Renovated 3 branches of MCB Bank in 3 different cities and also Interiors of multiple ongoing projects. • Work Included: supervising production staff/drafters, Client Meetings, Site Visit, Urban planning, Cost Estimation (BOQ), Construction Documents, Tender document, 3d visualization, Renderings. • Work Produced by using Auto CAD, 3Ds Max, Vray, PowerPoint, MS Excel, Photoshop.

• Designed the “Arabian Nights” themed Main Retail Street & 1/4th portion (Carnival) of The Amusement Park (340 Acres), Karachi. A fantasy land illusion was added by innovatively creating the sense of softness, using curvy lines and negating 90 angles.
