• Responsible for weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting• Provide cash and liquidity reports that form a key part of the Group’s cash forecasting • Maintain funding for all entities and ensure the view of Group liquidity is always up to date• Preparing reports, forecasts and analysis to support the foreign exchange hedging programme• Providing advice and guidance throughout the Group on treasury related matters.• Assist in the operation and control of the Group's treasury and cash management systems• Responsible for maintaining all bank payment systems, ensuring users are up to date and working with technical team to resolve issues or problems• Support the team with various ad hoc administration• Maintenance of bank signatories and change proposals• Opening and closing of bank accounts and co-ordination of banks’ regulatory information requirements• Develop reports to provide concise visibility to senior management of the Group's treasury position in cash and foreign currency

o Administration of Group Company payments (payment lists, payment preparation and execution & payment allocation.o Purchase order invoices posting and matching.o Administration of accounts payable (booking, coding, posting after initials and overview of the due dates).o Co-ordinating with various departments internally.o Maintaining the codes and Bible for Non-PO invoices.o Respond to questions and queries through high volume of emails and acts as liaison between the supplier and region.o Approving employees’ expenses for regions and offering help for submission of their expense reports.o Running month end reconciliations and reviewing any discrepancies.
