• Responsibilities Include Maintenance.•Ensure proper documentation and Close out of maintenance work order and any changes made to maintenance procedure.•Develop implement and manage key performance indicator(KPIs) for each area of responsibility.•Develop a planned preventative maintenance(PPM) schedule ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out plan is missed.• Schedule both internal and externalwork maximising planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.• Monitor the maintenance activities• Installation and designing all kinds of rolling equipment.•Preventive and breakdown maintenance of all machines.• Inspect facilities machinery and safety equipment and to identify correct potential hazards and to ensure safety regulation compliance.•Preparation of the predictive preventive and scheduled maintenance plans to ensure minimum downtime and enhance equipment reliability.• Procurement planning and inventory management of spare parts that are required so as to ensure zero stoppages.•Monthly workforce scheduling and implementation of strict measure in operation procedure to optimize resource/capacity utilisation.• initiate the implementation of process improvement plans to maximise productivity and reduce cost.

•Operating & Knowledge about Workshop Machines &Electric Discharged Machine.• Knowledge about Rolling Mill Roll Assembly.• Knowledge about Rolling Mill Universal Stand Maintenance.• Knowledge about Marking of work pieces for machining.Preventive and periodic maintenance of mechanical equipment (Gearboxes, Cardon shaft, Guide shop, over head Crane.• Working on Improving Bearing life efficiency.

•Erection & Commissioning of Continious Girder Mill Plant.
