Risks and Control Assessment Activities• Follow-up & assure performing IT L1 scope assessment on monthly basis.• Perform L 2.1 scope assessment over L1 activities on Quarterly Basis.• Coordinate with IT stakeholders and controls areas for controls review.• Ensures that IT changes presented to the CAB are only that fulfilling all the standard Changing Management requirements as per the Change Management Procedures.• Reviews and approves change requests on the system.• Monitors all change requests handling performance.Vulnerability & Hardening activities• Receive and analyze on monthly basis Qualys Vulnerability reports & prepare Qualys Vulnerability trend dashboard.• Prepare required vulnerability remediation reports in coordination with other IT stakeholders.• Ensures that hardening activities for both new installed severs & new deployed projects are properly performed via receiving IT stakeholders’ conformation.CBE Security Alerts• IT Risk Management receive and revise the Egyptian Financial Computing Incident Response reports received from CBE.• Assign and follow the security reports received with IT stakeholders.IT Security Committee• Verify MOM of the committee, ensures all tasks are properly assigned as per the committee discussion & provide the relevant IT response• Follow-up on the assigned activities with all IT stakeholders ensuring its fulfillment according the agreed target date.• Prepare and present the vulnerability related slides that include Qualys reports status, trend analysis & CBE alerts remediation status in addition all IT input via the required slides by the committee.System Cleanup• Review daily the privilege access against the granted approvals• To perform a Quarter cleanup for all System user & generic users.• To revise and maintain administrator access list & its IT owners.• Clean and maintain external system users.
