Recruitment of candidates for weight loss clinical trials which is used before marketing novel medications.I use EMR to find eligible candidates and use phone screening to discuss the trial with them. I confirm inclusion and exclusion criteria based on study requirements. Afterwards, I schedule them for their screening session and make sure they arrive to their appointment and engage in follow up sessions.

Virtual externship in an Internal Medicine clinic which included taking history, writing assessment for patients, creating a plan of care and generating discharge summary.During each session, a detailed history was discussed through Zoom application and Whatsapp group to accurately dictate medical findings. Finally, Dr. Jean-Charles would ask about a summary of findings in a fast-paced manner. Any questions related to the patient would be discussed by the end the day.

This role requires quick response to the high load of travellers since the city is located in the main highway connecting East side of the country to the west side. I had to obtain efficient medical history and perform physical exam to diagnose red flags and accurately address them. If consultation needed, phone communication with related specialist had to be done to find the right approach.
