• Documentation, Implementation & Maintenance of global food safety management system like FSSC 22000, ISO-22000:2018, HACCP certification.• Also looking of HALAL and EIC certification related requirements.• To monitor pest management inside & outside the plant and doing trend analysis every month.• Reviewing the HACCP, VACCP & TACCP plan. Control measures to be implemented at plant.• Re preparation of the HACCP plan considering the Allergen & Supplier chain part.• To monitor pest management inside & outside the plant.• To look after the RM & finished product testing & compliance.• Review of specification & SOPs received from corporate quality assurance department.• To look after the lab operation compliance.• Vendor consignment checking and reporting NC's on monthly basis vendor wise.• Implement FSSAI (Schedule 4) guidelines at shop floor and maintain documentation.• Adherence of 5-S.• Handling market complaint and preparation of CAPA.• Verify and monitoring of CCP and OPRP. • Handling SAP QAS Modules.
