Arranging and coordinating the engineering team to Answer technical inquiries, make technical recommendations, improve design tools, & develop design procedures and provide training (Especially in Instrumentation and Control disciplines)• Reporting to Commissioning Manager• Organize, monitor, report on Shutdown Reports (Specifying the Causes or Problems and providing solution to prevent occurring shutdown from the same sources)• Review the project execution developed by the Planning Department based on ICAPS/OPERCOM Methodology• Produce company progress report and many other reports such as weekly/monthly reports subsystem vise, contractor vice, etc• Review all relevant other discipline documentation and participate in the as built preparation• Inter-action with package vendors, client, company management and other disciplines• Provide engineering support to marketing team• Responsible for arranging Shutdown report meeting to specify causes of Shutdowns and make or suggest solutions to prevent shutdowns occurring from the same source• Management & supervision of Pre-commissioning, Commissioning & Start-Up activities using ICAPS/OPERCOM Methodology• Punch list status coordination with Punch list clearing team for prompt action to achieve completion dates of the Pre-commissioning phase• Responsible for tracking, and reviewing Pre-commissioning forms such as Test Sheets, Check List• liaising with the client, other construction professionals, and, sometimes, members of the public coordinating and supervising construction workers
