Supervise the maintenance of accurate hotel accounting records according to company policies and procedures. Work with all departments of the hotel in any and all functions, directly or indirectly pertaining to expense and finance. Keep them informed as to their departmental expense and investigate any items that appear to be questionable. Check, supervise and control all purchases, disbursements, payroll and other expenses of the hotel.
