[NETWORK SCALE : LAN/WAN(ISP)]- Monitor the service provided to the customer such as Free Wifi, Leased line, DIA, and Broadband.- Involved with variant brands of network equipment such as Aruba, Altai, TP-Link, Huawei, Ubnt, Calix, and 3CX.- Leased line/DIA:1. Responsible connection from Customer Edge (CE) equipment such as NID/Modem to the Internet upstream.2. Responsible to perform 1st level troubleshooting before escalating the case to Tier 1 or vendors.- Broadband:1. Remote troubleshooting for broadband customer on provided modem and router before sending Field Engineer (FE) to troubleshoot on site. 2. Act as Field Engineer (FE) to install/troubleshoot a modem and router in the customer unit. 3. Involved with on-site physical work on Optical Distribution Networks (ODN) such as OLT, ONU, and SPL.- FreeWiFi service:1. Responsible to perform troubleshoot for the network equipment such as Access Point, Switch, Router and trace the issue before sending PIC to check on-site.

[NETWORK SCALE : WAN]- Update the condition of the sites to the customer and present a report for every month.- Involve with variant brands network equipment such as Fortigate, Watchguard, IPS, CISCO FPR, AVAYA, RIVERBED, CISCO SDWAN Meraki, and FORCEPOINT.- Fully responsible for connection from core switch to WAN network.- Monitor customer network connection conditions and escalation cases to responsible vendors.- Involved with server HCI implementation project.- Responsible for Firewall policy, Core Switch configuration, and Network Route.

- Responsible to monitor customer network connection condition and escalation case to upper level.- Managing time on handling the case between most critical to least critical sites.- Responsible on documenting/report on cases to the customer for every month.

- Responsible on IT devices that using by staff at Majlis Daerah such as Printer, PC and Network Devices.- Replace the cartridge for Printer, troubleshoot the PC that can’t use system or internet and troubleshoot the web server.- Design and edit the picture that will be publish to the public.

[NETWORK SCALE : LAN]- Survey and locate the place to put the network device and test the access point signal to cover the area.- Have a meeting with the customer to decide on the equipment that matches their requirement.- Configure all the devices with the configuration that matches with customer's requirement.- Install the devices at the customer site and propose UAT.- Take a job as NOC during day-off and troubleshoot the problem when the problem occurs.-Involve with variant brands network equipment such as AVAYA, Edge Switch, Mikrotik RB, IP COM, UBNT, TP LINK.
