I am an NCARB certified a licensed Architect registered with Ontario Association of Architects specializing in building renovations , major/minor additions and new build. My experience includes but is not limited to experience in mechanical( HVAC systems, plumbing, controls, energy management concepts etc.) electrical ( electrical systems, fire protection systems, power systems , energy management concepts etc.) and civil ( Building envelope, Site servicing, paving work etc.).I also have LEED Green Associate Certification.I have experience in managing multiple large construction contracts (over $10M in value) involving consultants, construction firms and general contractors as well as a solid background in preparing and administering consulting and construction agreements. I am able to read and interpret drawings and specifications and have strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills.I am knowledgeable of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, NFPA, ASHRAE, Fire Code, OBC, TSSA, Electrical Code as it applies to construction projects.I have excellent time management skills in managing workload and work schedules as well as experience in planning, developing and delivering complex, multi-phase projects as well as life cycle and renovation projects in a municipal environment.
