- Provide technical support for incoming queries and issues related to network systems, software, and hardware, in accordance with established SLAs.
- Ensure that all tickets are responded to and resolved within the agreed SLA timeframes
- Provide training and support to end-users on basic network usage and troubleshooting procedures, adhering to SLA documentation standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network problems, escalating complex issues to senior technical staff when necessary
