During my tenure at Glide Solutions, I worked closely with prospects and clients of various industries and business domains to get to know their requirements and business software challenges they faced. I was also the primary implementation consultant, with many responsibilities such as project scoping, requirements gathering and blue printing, business process modelling, change management and change negotiating. I was also responsible for system installation and setup, and configuration of the system as per the project blueprint, as well as crafting a workable project plan using Agile methodology and assigning tasks to other consultants to ensure an on-time, in-budget delivery. As one of the country's leading food producers, Golnan Puratos needed a comprehensive ERP and MRP systems implemented in order to improve its processes and its managements' insight of what goes on in the business. As a functional consultant, I explored the requirements of the company and analyzed its production processes in order to implement the Production module of Sage X3. It was my biggest achievement to successfully implement 6 production lines and quality control management in Sage X3. I led the MRP project as well from scratch to success. I also led the project of automating the warehouses of the company using barcode management and picking lists to facilitate the stock picking process at Golnan Puratos.The system, which is still live after nearly 5 years is now capable of automating the manufacturing and procurement processes with sound suggestions.
