• Ensure good housekeeping standards are met in the laboratory - Follow BBS (Behavior based safety) to maintain safety culture at workplace.• Ensure testing of materials are carried out as per quality plan and SOP, Manage the non-conformity of products with proper resolutions and put forward the deviations of results to immediate superiors.• Ensure timely calibration, repair & preventive maintenance of all the LAB equipment - Provide (OJT-On job training) to the team.• Maintain "control samples" for as a part of material verification if required by the concerned customer after the delivery and handle complaints regarding quality deviation in material.• Facilitate and verify the entries of COA for Finished goods, Manage PM schedule for all LAB wares.• Maintain documents as per QMS requirement.• Set up, calibrate, operate and maintain various pieces of laboratory test equipment.• Execution of experimental reproducibility and repeatability (RR).• Assists in internal audits and report results of the audit to the relevant functional groups to ensure QMS requirements met and corrective actions issued where necessary. • Participates in organizational audit ISO 9001:2015. • Active participation for organizational improvement and 5S activity.

 Ensure that the lab technician follow SOP’s & safety precautions. Ensure good housekeeping standards are met in the laboratory (GLP). Follow EHSS, BBS (Behavior based safety) to maintain safety culture at workplace.  Supervise and distribute job responsibilities to the lab technician and monitor their routine activities and helps to solve their problem. Ensure that the test is carried out and reported within acceptable time and meeting quality standards. Conducts color matching and corrections for ABS, Polyolefin, Engineering compounding Line samples. Monitor, Approve and review Lab results in LIMS, hard copy forms and ensure the Lab results entered in LIMS.  Evaluate the ability to analysis special/extra samples in coordination with lab manager, area Chemist and LAB specialist when necessary.  Work closely with area Specialist & Chemist during trials.  Conducts color matching and correction for new Productdevelopment trials and update the report to SABIC technology department. Responsible and ensure the disposal of process samples and final product. Review daily analysis report and send it to concerned person. Prepare the COA for ABS, Polyolefin and Engineering compounding finished goods products. Carry out daily routine activities as assigned by department manager. Executes analysis followed by equipment safe operating procedure & instructions. Execution of experimental reproducibility and repeatability (RR), SPC & SQC. Participates in organizational audit ISO 9001:2015.  Assists in internal audits and report results of the audit to the relevant functional groups to ensure QMS requirements met and corrective actions issued where necessary. Prepares and maintains inventory of all required Lab Chemicals, consumables, and glassware’s, mandatory PPE items, gas supplies and dispose the Lab waste etc.

Perform the color matching for new product. Perform Analysis and evaluate the raw material.  Conduct the color correction for in process line samples and inform to process department. Conducts the new development trial, set the final color formulation of development samples and update to department head. Maintains the daily development analysis report. Prepare and maintain the shade card of compounding masterbatches.
