• Auditing the new hire/ promotional/ demotion/ transfer/position reclassification/ increment salary recommendations to insure the internal equity, consistency and integrity are maintained.• Implement and take part in designing and developing university-wide pay programs, such as merit and pay equity programs and salary adjustments.• Providing consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures and provide advice to administrative directors and to university staff on pay decisions, policies and guidelines.• Prepare and make recommendation in the preparation of the annual salary budget, and analyze budget planning matrix requests for forecasted promotions, reclassifications, adjustments and salary increases.• Providing advice to employees and administrative directors concerning the implementation of the performance management system and ensures the implementation of the system in order to implement related salary increases.• Providing project management for short and long term projects (e.g. compensation tools and benchmark project)• Manage and resolve complaints occurring between Payroll and university staff and departments as well as between HR and Payroll unit.• Responsible for the integrity of the SAP HR applications, interfaces in and out of the database.• Conduct necessary studies on compensation policies, recommend necessary changes, supervise the implementation of these policies and prepare necessary reports.• Responsible for the development of electronic forms and systems to reduce the compensation program manual implementation to control errors and inconsistencies.• Assist in organizational planning and design by maintaining updated charts, job descriptions/ specifications in each department. Conduct job analysis to assess the work requirements and the effective allocation of personnel to meet present and future needs.• Reporting : All reports that related to compensation Statistics (Budget - Actual cost etc.....)
