• Designed a WaveNet-block based Pix2Pix GAN to generate a “rich” audio output from an audio MIDI-like input using TensorFlow.

• Instance segmentation of Cell Nuclei using UNET Auto-Encoder via TensorFlow and Keras and customized IOU and dice as metrics and loss functions.• Multi-label multi-class classification of molecule’ drug activities based on its molecular structure using Random Forest \ Gradient Boosting Classifier and comparing results to a CNN classifier. The project was done from scratch with DASK, SqlAlchemy, sqlite, Rdkit, Mol2Vec and Word2Vec, TensorFlow and Keras.
