As a Master's student in Business Administration and Management at Georgetown University, I am passionate about exploring the field of business analytics and applying it to real-world problems. I have a strong educational background in Management Information Systems and Business Statistics, having graduated with two degrees from The American University in Cairo, where I received a full tuition scholarship.I am currently working as a Student Engagement Supervisor at the Office of Advancement at Georgetown University, where I oversee the fundraising calls for a team of 10-15 callers per shift, administer the VanillaSoft software, and maintain one weekly shift of fundraising for the office. I worked as a Software Developer at Contellect CSP, where I cooperated with the tech team to deliver a well-constructed software prototype for the clients, implemented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) on data sets, and experienced the full process of digitalization for medium-sized businesses. I also worked as an Executive Assistant at an E-commerce Store, where I facilitated inventory management, managed the fulfillment process supply chain, implemented a market research project, and expanded the business operations through software automation skills.I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies that can enhance my performance and efficiency. I have obtained multiple certifications, such as Inbound from HubSpot Academy, Introduction to Strategy Consulting Job Simulation from Forage, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google. I am also proficient in Python, R, SQL, and Excel.
