 Formulate and support development of multiple new and existing Santex brand bath and shower products, including shower gels, shower oils, face washes, lotions, and shampoos. Modify formulations to align with marketing objectives/goals for multiple product lines. Lead and conduct wide range of Colgate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including Clear/Cloud point, foam analysis, brine curves, temperature curves, and rheology tests. Conduct comb testing to research effects of formula bases and raw materials on various shampoos. Ensure product stability by monitoring/analyzing pH, viscosity, color, odor and appearance, and rheology. Calibrate aboratory equipment (Mettler Toledo balances, Brookfield viscometers, and Thermo Scientific Ph meters). Assist in scale-up of lotions and shampoos from 5kg-10kg laboratory batches to 50kg pilot scale batches. Conduct efficacy studies on bulk products to qualify new materials and product packaging. Ensure timely delivery of multiple bath and shower products to production regardless of changing and timelines and project parameters. Maintain accurate, detailed lab records and achieved tasks in compliance with FDA regulations (cGMPs and cGDPs).
