Responsible for receiving of spare parts, consumables and tools related to the maintenance process ,verify the quantity and check for discrepancies or damage in any received shipment.Provide Maintenance engineers with spare parts as required (based on the company policy), packing , sending and follow up the delivery of those spare parts to the engineers.Issue price offers and invoices for all clients as requested based on received PO s or as a reply for the maintenance engineers’ needs based on a maintenance report demonstrating the required spare partsMaintain an updated inventory based on daily transactions and providing the team leader (manager) with updated inventory report.
