In my current role, I support and coordinate the operations of multiple branches, ensuring that the customer service, sales, and quality standards are met and exceeded. providing with coaching, training, and feedback, thanks to the hard work and dedication of my team. I enjoy simplifying and optimizing my work processes, using various tools and techniques. One of my recent projects was to design and implement a new presentation system for the branch, which increased the efficiency and effectiveness of our communication with clients and partners.
