• Screening and assessing new contracts for loan, fund eligibility.• Ensuring that personal information, such as income expenditure and social status.• Identifying potential risks that can lead to a default on the mortgage fund system. • Working closely with the financial department to determine conditions for fund approval. • Reviewing contracts for mortgage finance fund and ensuring they are signed correctly. • Follow-up signed contracts with banks on monthly basis. • Ensure that each application fulfils all the minimum criteria. • Calculate customers finance Income and DBR after determine the programs policy for cases. • Reject cases that don't meet the criteria or missing the conditions that supposed have, as per normal process. • Reviewing external verification comments on system memos.• Completing other special tasks requested by the higher level

• Coordinate with finance department for the issuance of cheques. • Coordinate with Legal department for the issuance of Contracts. • Prepare memos and reporting to the assisting managing director Prepare life insurance & fire insurance & delinquency insurance. • Generate I score reports.

Respond to customer calls and giving all the data and information on the company's activities and answer all the questions.
