My responsibilities was mainly designing content for UMW's internal communication for various platforms including content for email-blasts and DCDN. Another unit that I've worked with was the CSR Unit.DCDN is a Digital Communication Display Network for all the current news, company's related news, announcements, events updates etc. I was in-charged of the machine for a while and my regular duties was to design and update all the contents when I was under the Communications Resources Unit.Under the Internal Communications Unit, my tasks include conceptualise, visualise and develop creative event posters and as well as managing multiple internal & corporate events . The biggest task I've been assigned to in my opinion was when I have to designed a Go Green Campaign logo and most of the promotional posters and awareness information posters. I collaborated with other department ( Health, Safety & Environment Division) to make the campaign a successful one.Under the CSR Unit, I've been assigned to assist with various charity programmes during the weekend for UMW's volunteers (Community Champions) to help the less fortunate. We did an outreach programme to orphanages and aboriginal's villages out in the woods to help them with grocery supplies and medical supplies.
