I have been working in hospitality for 11 years now and have progressed and worked my way up to management. I started with RE Hospitality (now known as Host) working in bars at football stadiums, racecourses and events, then onto an Independent Pub which led me to join Fuller's where I have been for almost 6 years.During these years I have achieved a few courses all being within Fuller's: - Leading the Perfect Shift- Safe & Secure- Personal License- Master Cellarman- Safety First- First AidI have extensive knowledge in the industry and feel I have taken the right steps in further my career, yet I know I still have so much to still learn and that is one of the things I like about this industry; there are always new opportunities, new things to learn and new experiences, One day is never the same as another.I have recently left Fullers to venture out more and for a change and give my career the re-boost its needed and am working as Assistant Manager at The King William IV, Kempston.
