Amirah Lily Joy B. Delgado is the former President of the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (IECEP) - University of St. La Salle (USLS) Student Chapter and Board of Director of IECEP - Negros Occidental Student Chapter. She has been a student leader for over 9 years and has held 3 leadership positions in her first her of college — First-year batch representative of the College of Engineering and Technology of USLS, Electronics Engineering - 1A Class Mayor, and IECEP First Year Batch Representative, earning her the Rising Star Award in the University. She was invited to be a guest speaker in events and seminars involving technology since she was in Junior High; her most notable talk was her lecture on "Learning Computer Programming with Python" which was held via Zoom for the University of St. La Salle 10th Grade students and ICT-THELE Department last August 28, 2021. She was also one of the representatives of USLS for the ASEAN Data Science Explorers last 2021 and a qualifier for Texas Instruments' Flagship Competition 2023.She has also received numerous awards from competitions as she has been an active participant and representative of the university and her organizations, her most recent achievements are Champion of the IECEP - NOSC Breadboarding Competition 2023 and 1st Runner-up of the IECEP - NOSC Interscholastic Quiz Bowl.
