• Deployment of QRadar on Cloud SaaS Offering at Scale.• Following the CI/CD Pipeline model using technologies including: Python; Ansible; Kubernetes; and Helm.• Developing monitoring tools used by the Ops engineers.• Providing QRadar training to the global DevOps team.• Acting as a technical liason between the QRadar Support/Development agile teams and the QRadar on Cloud SaaS team.• Working with IBM’s top “fortune 500” clients during escalations to ensure problems are resolved and use cases are built for them.• Experience with manual and automated regression testing.• Creating wikis, videos, tools and scripts to enable L2/L3 and other DevOps engineers for QRadar support.• Working towards getting “Kubernetes Administrator Certificate (CKA)”

• Investigating customer escalations. Involved diagnosing software bugs, configuration issues, network , OS (RHEL, CentOS) and hardware problems, and then creating a plan of action to get the customer to a stable situation.• Experience travelling and providing training to 40+ new hires globally in person.• Solving escalations and discussing product quality, use cases, and product gaps during global client site visits (over 22 on-site client visits) with SOC Managers and CISOs.• Presenting in Network Security SIEM conferences in APAC & NA (250+ attendees).
