•To provide level 3 support to IP networks.•Remote support to 8 different sites, inside and outside UK.•Configuring the Cisco Routers and Switches (2900,1800, 800 series)Meraki Devices. •To work remotely to help onsite engineer to bring the routers and switches UP.•To make manual changes to the routes and witches when required.•To ensure that the required configuration has been sent to the site engineer and all parameters of the network has been correctly documented on the spreadsheet.•Managing the users on Active Directory , Add – remove – modify users•Managing the users on Exchange server , Create new account – modify – remove•Managing the Printers, Scanners and faxes Network.•Managing the Voip Telephone systems, Create new IP phone, modify, create call policy ( Aastra VOIP ( SIP TRUNKING )•Managing the Access card for employees, policy, working days, working hours, etc.
