I have built main core of engineering teams in REEF from Miami to Boston, defined engineering process and structured core quality and best practices. Once I started we had two engineers and currently I am managing 18 direct reports and multiple teams.Built and led data and next generation platform teams. Led teams to establish data pipeline and implement ETL workflows in data warehouse AWS platform which includes Redshift database for data warehouse, S3 for data repositories, and AWS Glue that supports BI teams.
