I am a specialist in leadership and team management, managing people and motivating them to achieve their goals is what I am most passionate about professionally. I have worked for several years in the luxury hotel and restaurant sector in several countries. For me, this is one of the most beautiful professional sectors that exists. It offers the possibility to build long term professional relationships with clients, to develop attention to detail while putting the client at the heart of the business, it also offer the possibility to meet people with extraordinary human values. I am currently a Food and Beverage Director in a luxury hotel based in Paris, where I organize all catering activities. Leading and accompanying my team towards excellence is my daily job.
