I am a specialist in leadership and team management, managing people and motivating them to achieve their goals is what I am most passionate about professionally. I have worked for several years in the luxury hotel and restaurant sector in several countries. For me, this is one of the most beautiful professional sectors that exists. I am currently a Food and Beverage Director in a luxury hotel based in Paris, where I organize all catering activities. Leading and accompanying my team towards excellence is my daily job.
