There, my focus was on enhancing customer engagement and complaint management through innovative RPA solutions, directly contributing to the improvement of service quality.My education and hands-on experience equipped me with a keen eye for process mapping and manufacturing process improvement, ensuring meticulous attention to detail. The goal has always been to leverage my skills to drive efficiency and forecast strategic growth, such as envisioning sales trajectories for new POS terminals.
