Structural, seismic, and gravity analysis for single/multi-family and commercial single/multi story dwellings. Provide models and designs for different elements of the structure, to include steel, concrete and wood, based on seismic and gravity analysis. Provide different types of foundation designs based on the structural loads, soil type and cost index, to include conventional and post tension slabs. Provide BIM and CAD detailed layouts and construction documents from foundation to roof. Collaborate with different individuals and firms involved in the project such as architects, contractors and developers. Provide shop drawing reviews for different parts of the building plans such as mechanical, electrical and roof trusses. Respond to city plan checker's comments and provide the necessary modifications. Respond to R.F.I.'s and provide field fix details as required by different parties for under-construction projects. Provide framing walk-through and structural observations. Attend research and development meetings and seminars. Provide technical algorithms for computer programmers. Test, debug and train others in newly released versions of in-house software and programs. Provide in-house BIM implementation, templates and standard details. Update and maintain electronic archive system.
