Java is used for core level development and Angular is used for UI development.

I did my MSc internship in the Business Information and Operations Research (BISOR) at Kaiserslautern University.In the project, the Vehicle Routing Problem with Drone Stations (VRPDS) is introduced. Given a set of customer nodes, specified number of trucks located at a depot node, and a number of possible drone station nodes, the VRPDS seeks for a feasible routing of the trucks and drones at the drone stations such that all customers are served once and no more than a permitted number of drone stations is used. The objective value is the serving time for the trucks from the depot to the depot. VRP methods were used for getting initial solutions. Then within the solutions, we used our heuristics and decided to serve some of the appropriate neighboring nodes of the specific drone stations by drones instead of trucks. Our numerical results indicate that the utilization of drone stations might reduce the objective value considerably.
