• Analyzes business processes and performs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.• Interprets business needs and translates them into functional system requirements. • Works as a liaison between client teams, product management, and development to gather and document business requirements.• Collects and maintains project documentation and ensures that it complies with company standards.• Learned key fundamentals of creating a Gap Analysis Document, Business Requirements Document (BRD), Interface Control Document (ICD) and Reports Control Document (RCD). • SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) reporting specifications/requirements. Lead of all reporting aspects for Michigan EBT, Utah EBT, Delaware EBT and Tennessee EBT conversion projects. • Works within the PMO department tracking Implementation and Maintenance projects and assisting in supporting the adoption of the project life cycle and deliverables.• Assists in developing project management tools and timelines• Monitors the status of projects transitioning into normal service and the coordination of the regular project and program level reporting cycles. • Oversees all Conduent Technology Solutions (CTS) Implementation and Maintenance tollgate review meetings with project stakeholders and internal teams. • Produces weekly dashboard datasheets that entail budget information and high level status overviews of all in-flight projects.
