Planning, development, delivery, and assessment for all of Regina Public Library’spublic-facing technology services.I work as part of the Library's management team to ensure the effective, coordinated delivery of virtual public services throughout the system.

Teaching Electronic Information Management at Faculty of Management

Continuing Technical Education (CTE) - part of the College of Continuing Education at Dalhousie University - is one of Canada's leading providers of professional development programs in Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Engineering and Management.

- Installation and maintained LCMS application and other products required integrating use of the LCMS with other university systems.- Serve as lead technician in solving technical problems that faculty encounter in the use of the learning course management system.- Recommend the use of tools that best suit pedagogical requirements.- Regularly test the use of various tools and research problems that course designers experience in the use of any Blackboard Learning Syestem tool or supported product.- Prepare for system or product upgrades to verify enhancements and ensure all aspects of the product are in good working order.- Provide technical guidance and expertise in the design of online courses. Recommend design alternatives and implementation based on faculty preferences.- Provide training to the Dalhousie community on instructional applications licensed and supported by Integrated Learning Online.

LON-CAPA Domain Coordinator, installs, maintains and monitor

This position is primary responsible for Desktop Support in the Learning Commons and for library staff, including troubleshooting Hardware and Software, plus hiring, training and scheduling employees (both student and staff). Update and upgrade current software and also install and test new Software, and create new Images (which is install, update software and configure workstations) and deployed in almost 200 computers in the Learning Commons.

- Provided excellent support and services to student, staff, faculty and visitors.- Provided Desktop Support in the Learning Commons and for library staff.- Hired, trained and supervised approximately 25 (both student and staff) per year and continuously monitor their performance while providing feedback/suggestions when necessary.
