Overall responsibility for leading, defining, and executing the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Strategy in the GE Healthcare. • Develop enterprise IAM Security, Architecture and Implementation plan using Industry best practices. • Establish an IAM Governance program to ensure appropriate visibility, communication, and governance across key business partners and stakeholders. • Establish a continual service improvement plan and improve overall IAM service, focusing on operational, process and resource efficiency. • Led OneIDM migration and ISO requirements for Healthcare. Provided Manager oversight and helped the team to overcome obstacles and roadblocks that allowed the team to deliver the program in support of the GxP/FDA requirements. • Continue to Drive 2015 OneAD commitments and finishes the year with 98% of all GE Users (67K) in LOGON. • Took Leadership in B2B Program, External IAM and Risk based IAM for Healthcare Customers. • Responsible for program budgets and people management activities including recruiting, development, performance management, compensation, organization and teaming. • Strategy, Operation and Support for IAM Products and Process including IDM, AD, OIA, Cyber Ark, VDS, Pin safe, PingFed, ILM, HPA and ISO for both Enterprise and External Customers. • Represent Information Security in cross-functional meetings and projects including Cloud and Brilliant Factory. • Participated and won the 2015 Stack Smash Hackathon Event (Most Important Project Award)! Our team beat over 50 other participants across 7 GE sites and 6 GE businesses.
