I led a transformation of the company's IT infrastructure with a team of 4, seamlessly facilitating the expansion from 100 to 400 personnel across the country. This included the implementation of VMware technologies such as vSphere with vSAN, HA, DRS, Horizon RDSH Instant Clone, and a complete redesign of the LAN, transitioning from a flat structure to an Inter-VLAN Routing Network, all aimed at enhancing operations. Furthermore, to transition towards IT-based warehousing using wireless handheld devices, I integrated Ubiquiti UniFi SDN with Cisco Catalyst Switches, established WLAN connectivity, and for remote locations, implemented it through OSPF on MikroTik Routers and LTE outdoor equipment. To ensure proactive supervision, I deployed Zabbix Monitoring. Additionally, I upgraded the company's telephony system from legacy Santrals to Issabel, while also implementing solutions like softphones and DECT phones.

I was actively involved in enhancing the value-added services offered to internet users within the company, which included the establishment of a free Download Center and some Linux services

I held the responsibility of providing technical support to home and enterprise internet users.
