- Plan/Execute preventive maintenance (TPM) schedule for mahcines & moulds.- Plan/Execute mould overhaul & servicing after production run.- Liaise with Maintenance members to ensure all machineries & mould can run normally with zero defects.- Liaise with production unit & group leaders to ensure any abnormality can be solved.- Perform department quality improvement activity as instructed by Superior.- Liaise with suppliers to attend machines & moulds abnormalities.

• Contributed actively to a fire alarm project alongside PDRM Bukit Aman and engaged in various firefighting assignments, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and problem-solving aptitude.• Effectively diagnosed and rectified wiring problems in AMPAC smoke/heat detectors, highlighting proficient technical expertise and meticulousness in attention to detail.
