LEAP 1A/1B & CFM56-7B/5B - Main Disassembly & Assembly HMV- Responsible for cell's ownership on both quality assurance and product delivery quality control including compliance to established process and approved manuals. - Performing root cause analysis (8D, 6M, 3x5 Whys) of identified internal issues/customer escapes and identify appropriate corrective and preventive actions.- Lead in cross-functional teams in the investigation and elimination of causes of quality problems and verify effectiveness on corrective actions. - Interface directly with customers to provide the best customer quality experience- Actively engage in process improvement through Kaizen and LEAN applications.

Lead the induction and redelivery of leased aircrafts as part of company's restructuring practice. Successfully inducted MSN 654 and redeliver back MSN 1433, MSN 1423 within allocated timeframe and budgets.

/// Configurations Engineer- Administer airplane configuration and specification resulting from engineering activities by the department such as sentencing of continuing airworthiness data, modification, and repair.- Controlling ADs and SBs related to continuing airworthiness and ensuring all being issued, monitored and performed accordingly within required threshold throughout the whole group fleet. - Preparing and presenting data related to continuing airworthiness to CAMO and supporting safety department assessment. - Prepare and chair the Modification Evaluation meeting bi-monthly.- Ensure the status of the continuing airworthiness data for incoming new or lease aircraft such as AD and SB is initialised inside AMOS database system.- Improved continuing airworthiness data assessment process to ensure transparency and faster monitoring. - Involved in induction of used aircraft into fleet, specifically in preparing the Used Aircraft Report and supporting National Authority (CAAM) for approval. Significant Experience/Contributions- Heavily involved in induction of MSN 654, 713, 716 and 782 into XAX fleet. - Introduced continuing airworthiness data review integration with Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite), which reduce the man-hour and improve data monitoring.

/// Structural Engineer- Supporting line and based maintenance round the clock, for AOG cases and continuous parts improvement under ATA 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, and 57.- Sentencing continuing airworthiness data for the group fleet (A330) related to above ATAs- Monitored and planned related retrofit programSignificant Experience/Contributions- Introduced installation of radome boot to A330 fleet under DOA to reduce the impact damage on radome area. - Focal point for MSN 1131 front fuselage skin change OMV conducted in SIAEC, Singapore (2015)- Involvement in introduction of Structural Damage Report (SDR) to ease damage reporting from Part 145.

3 months internship period with Malaysia Airlines on preliminary introduction to CAMO, engineering maintenance and technical services function. Taking part in preparing structural repair list and assessing damages on inducted heavy maintenance aircraft such as A330, A350 and B747.

In charge in communication with third parties regarding organization's activities and maintaining records on organization's planned events. Also monitoring organization progress on every planned events and target through out the year.
