Leading the project of "Improving the efficiency of a production line in the Engine segment by applying Lean Manufacturing tools."The main objective was to improve three Key Performance Indicators : Efficiency, PPM, Takt Time.•Results :-Increased Engine Section efficiency from 55% to 77%.-Ramped up wiring harness production output from 64 Harness/Shift to an all time high 110 Harness/Shift.-Reduced Takt Time from 4.71 min to a record 3.7 min for the assembly line stations.-Reduced Takt Time from 4.18 min to 3.7 min for the control & validation line stations.-Decreased Scrap & PPM levels from an average of 36456.7 PPM monthly to an all time low of 27278.2 Part per Million.•Tools used : -Hoshin-Muda Hunting -Root Cause Analysis , Pareto Analysis -REFA Time Study-5S-PDCA-Gemba Walks

Upgraded the preventive maintenance plan and applied it in the cutting (KS) and the pre-assembly branches (VKF) of the manufacturing plant.•Cutting section :- Implementing a process map for the spare parts replacement then applied to the machines Komax Alpha Series. -Updating the maintenance interventions in the CMMS ( Optimain).•Pre-assembly Section : -Creating a preventive Check-list to control the condition of the Ultrasonic Welding machines (Minic II, Minic III).-Intervening in a Heat Shrinking machine by conducting a preventive maintenance action, replacing the electric heater coils, deep cleaning and capability testing (MFU).-Updating the status dashboard to include a graphic display informing the operator of a machine's operational status.

Participated in the conception and construction of a Fire Protection Water Storage Tank with a capacity of 700m³ following the AWWA D103 Standard.• Coordinated scaffolding works.• 3D Modeling and design of the railing and bottom cover stands using Autocad.• Prepared the tank lifting operation • Welding, cutting, painting of the outer metallic frames.• Tests and Validation• Quality, security, environment, Standards ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001
