As the admin specialist, I'm the go-to person whenever professionals need a quick turnaround time where the paperwork worktime needs to be reduced to the minimum. Besides administration, I provide first level IT support and as a Microsoft Excel expert, I provide consulting services for the team to get the files work for them instead of the other way round.I am also the inhouse poster designer & video editor for the department. Up to date, I've designed over 50 posters and produced more than a dozen videos. I was in a Special Projects division where I was part of a team of talented engineers, architects, technicians & other talents. Working on the biggest & most expensive project in the company's history requires a sophisticated eye for details, organization and calmness.In SP, I developed a knowledge based management system which allow users to locate files. Instead of endless scrolling, users simply key in keywords or document IDs to retrieve the file. Not only was the system usable during the course of the project, it's meant to be reliable for future projects as reference tool.On top of the above, the usual administrative duties follows; inventory management, arranging of documents dispatch, processing finance claims.

As a Management Support Officer (MSO) in Muslim Converts' Association of Singapore (MCAS), I was based in Education Division where I predominantly worked on matters involving education for kids. I managed all administrative duties such as registrations, withdrawals, collection of school fees and much more. To add, I took the initiative to improve and implement a dynamic knowledge-based database for track student's progress and details through advanced Excel skills.From a financial standpoint, I played a key role in recovery of overdue school fees which was reflected as bad debts in the organization financial reports. Develop strategic plans and implement proposed solutions to assist in the recovery of monies owed to the organization. Provide enforcement measured actions to uncooperative and unwilling payers. At the point of leaving, the organization managed to recover 60% of monies owed.Marketing. Source and build rapport with business partners (new and existing). Drive sales of education classes through marketing, advertising and social media. Proposed new business ideas that would allow the organization to break away from stereotypical public opinions on non-profit organizations.

My main role was to provide support to the executives in the HR department. Job scopes includes standard updating of employees records such as their personal particulars, leave records and more. All updates are done via SAP.Achievement point would be to have played a big part in Sime Darby's career fair. Designed a career brochure & goodie bags. Also to add, was part of a committee that built a good rapport with recruitment agencies and played a key role in sealing a partnership to ensure Sime Darby stays ahead in the market to hire quality and high potential prospects.
