Carried out streamlining measures that resulted in substantial improvement in service quality.- Management of a preventive and breakdown maintenance system of integrated equipment, electrical, water and mechanical systems.

- Management of 3 teams of technicians (40 employees) and professional managers. - Ongoing responsibility for the quality of repairs, construction of service indicators, and preventive maintenance.
