• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment process both internally and externally.• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.• Conduct meeting with the line managers to know the departmental needs and build the manpower plan.• Perform search for qualified candidates according to the job description & company competencies.• Deal and communicate with companies all over the world.• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, interviewing applicants • Develop & maintain the applicants Database to facilitate accessibility & filtration.• Provide Guidance to managers to assess competencies.• Develop, maintain and implement the manpower plan based on the agreed structure and budget.• Review application/resume, evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.• Conduct face to face interview through competency (managerial levels, white collars and blue collars).• Develop recruitment reports (Interview status, offer issued, offer declined, turnover rates)• Conduct exit interviews to know the reason of turnover.• Ensure that the recruitment process is going upon the group standards.
