• Team Building and Management: demonstrated success in managing and mentoring 30 trainees and a 10-person doctoral-level cross-functional team in a matrix environment with large budget management. • Maternal and Newborn Research: as PI, provided executive oversight for several RCTs and medical device studies looking at health outcomes of 300+ mothers and babies in both inpatients/outpatients settings.• Brain Research: developed a newborn-friendly imaging protocol, combining brain MRI and cranial head ultrasound, to examine the effects of sensory experience in the neonatal period on neurodevelopment. • Impact of Noise Exposure on Brain Development: designed, performed, and published numerous studies examining the effects of noise exposure on cardiorespiratory stability, neurodevelopmental disabilities, and brain development in extremely preterm infants in the neonatal ICU.Relevant skills: Team Leading, Clinical Trials management, Scientific Writing and Review, Neurodevelopmental assessments in pediatric patients, Brain imaging, Cardiorespiratory outcomes in high‐risk patient population,Building strategic research roadmap, Clinical Evidence and Outcome Research, Budget Management, Managing clinical research operation, Supervising research teams, Developing operations manuals and staff training guidelines, Monitoring GCP and research compliance, Consenting and communicating with subjects/families, Reviewing and approval of regulatory documents, IRB submissions, and hospital safety compliance.
