Amir has over 5 years of experience in the delivery of Functional Safety and Technical Safety activities, particularly in high-hazard industries and upper-tier and lower-tier COMAH sites. Amir possesses a valuable EC&I bias combined with consultant experience and stakeholder engagement on brownfield sites. Amir has had direct participation related to the SIS safety lifecycle, especially in safety workshop studies, most notably in the following areas: - HAZOPs (Hazard and Operability Studies) - LOPAs (Layers of Protection Analysis Studies)- FSAs (Functional Safety Assessments) Stages 1 to 5- Functional Safety Planning- SIL Determination and SIL Verification- SIS Validation & Verification- As-Built P&ID Preparation - Workshop Preparation & Technical ScribingAmir also has a degree in BEng (Hons) Instrumentation & Control Engineering, from Teesside University, successfully achieving a 2.1 classification. He is a Member of the Institute of Measurement and Control (InstMC).
