My leadership roles have strengthened my ability to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. With this I am still actively pursuing an internship within the market as well.After two years at community college, I gained valuable experience in a two-man HVAC business and in retail and hospitality leadership roles. These experiences taught me process optimization, customer-focused operations, and balancing business objectives with technical solutions—skills I now apply to cybersecurity to deliver secure, business-driven results.
