CurrentSince 2007 I have been the Managing Director and co-owner of Linkage Greece www.linkagegreece.com which is part of US-based Linkage www.linkageinc.com.Key tasks include C-level business development and participation in Leadership Development initiatives. Among others are competency based leadership academies, values and strategy workshops, talent identification, OD and assessment centers, executive coaching, facilitation of motivational events and speeches to senior and middle management staff. In consecutive years starting in 2012 Linkage Greece has organized open learning events where guest keynote speakers like Nando Parrado, ‘Miracle in the Andes,’ Europe's top basket ball coach Zelico Obradovic, Scott Parazinski a highly-decorated NASA astronaut, Carla Harris of Morgan Stanley, innovation guru Stephen Shapiro and others have addressed more than 5,000 participants, namely Greece’s most senior business audience. During the same period more than 20,000 senior and middle management staff have been trained in in-company leadership programs, some of them in European countries other than Greece.I have worked for eight seasons as member of the faculty and have been evaluated as a top-rated Team Leader at the Global Institute for Leadership Development (GILD), Linkage's flagship institution run annually in Palm Desert CA.I am the President of the American Chamber's of Commerce www.amcham.gr Leadership Committee, a group of CEOs and business owners aiming at helping post-graduate students and young working executives advance their leadership and entrepreneurial skills. I am a fanatic of history, an amateur archaeologist and the author of an English-speaking book ‘The Nameless King-15 Stories of Leadership from Ancient Greece’ www.thenamelessking.com and a keynote speaker of ‘Leading on The Edge’, a storytelling trilogy based on ‘The Nameless King’ that links values and insights from great stories of the Greek antiquity to modern corporate leadership challenges.
