• Manage and coordinate the import process for air shipment from origin to destination• Communicate with consignee, carriers, overseas agent and related teams to ensure smooth customs clearance• Request Notice of Arrival (NOA) to airline on mentioned in Airwaybill• Receive & handle all necessary documentation (BL/HBL, AWB/MAWB, Manifest, CIPL, COO, PIB) including HS code before cargo departure from origin to ensure the restriction (LARTAS) regulation• Ensure compliance with all import regulations and company policies• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to clients• Monitoring trucking vendor for delivery processed to ensure cargos is delivered as requested• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the import process• Daily report to manager.
