At Dezippy, our vision is enable designers and manufacturers to create a well-designed world. We take pride in providing unique services tailored to the key needs of brands and manufacturers. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and leveraging cutting-edge technologies are crucial for delivering the best possible services to our clients.However, this pursuit of excellence comes with various distinct challenges. One of the main challenges is coping with the rapid pace of technological changes. Additionally, finding specialized experts in our field of work can be difficult. Moreover, establishing seamless communication between Dezippy's offices spread across different parts of the world and remote or online factory locations presents its own set of difficulties. To address these challenges, we have employed appropriate Microsoft platforms and restructured the organization of Dezippy. This strategic approach has allowed us to establish small offices with 7 to 10 personnel in each country, thereby providing all of Dizipi's operations and services to brands efficiently.

In the furniture brand "Choobsang," managing and establishing communication with a workforce of 300 personnel in an industrial setting proved to be a formidable challenge. My journey began in a small section of the factory called "Press," where a team of 4 individuals worked. Through process optimization efforts, we managed to increase productivity by 150%, resulting in a 400% surge in product output within just 3 months.Recognizing the need for product customization, I transitioned to the custom product division. This shift introduced new challenges, such as sourcing diverse materials, establishing proper customer communication, and requiring a separate production line from the main factory. By carefully assessing the available factory capacities and implementing a second shift, we managed to prevent bottlenecks in the main production line. Assembling a professional team of 4 members, we successfully produced over 50 unique and specialized products, all aligned with the mass production line's requirements.In the final phase, I spearheaded the launch of the construction projects division within the brand. With meticulous feasibility studies and utilization of available production capacities, we established a separate production line for wardrobes and cabinets during the second shift. Remarkably, this initiative led to producing more than 20 different models, and the turnaround time for each project in the factory was reduced to less than 3 working days in less than a year.My passion for this organization has been unwavering. However, due to existing limitations within Iran, I regrettably had to make the difficult decision to depart from it.

At Product Design Factory, we endeavored to integrate the science of parametric design into household products and furniture. This effort led us to introduce innovative products to the market at the right time. Naturally, we encountered numerous challenges during this pioneering journey, such as the need for industrial equipment like CNC machines and other resources. However, we overcame these hurdles by procuring and learning how to use the necessary machinery through training. Additionally, ensuring the availability of the right materials and establishing appropriate contracts played a crucial role in preventing early setbacks. Moreover, given the novelty of the work, we fostered a collaborative team environment that allowed us to collectively address and resolve any arising issues.
